As President, Eric is accountable for the successful operation of the organization and assures the high standards that have been benchmarked are realized. Concurrently, Eric takes an active approach in all aspects of the organization completing consulting assignments, recruiting activities and outplacement counseling.

During Eric's 25 years, he has served as an Executive Recruiting Director, Human Resources Consultant and Management Advisor specializing in his focus industries.   His process involves the development of a thorough understanding of a companies' particular executive work processes to ensure applicable and successful techniques are utilized.  In this capacity, he has been responsible for assisting in the development of bonus programs, interviewing techniques, psychological testing, retention programs, outplacement programs, industry research, management coaching, executive recruiting and other 'best practices' issues.

With these associations he has participated and attended many conferences and has also been interviewed and quoted several times in ENR Magazine and other periodicals as an authority on compensation, hiring and retention of employees, e-commerce solutions and current trends of the Construction industry.

He also has served on the Editorial Board for the Contractor's Business Management Report (CBMR) and has had several articles published in CBMR as well as the Constructor's Business Strategist.

Eric is an active participant and speaker at Human Resources Construction conferences in: Puerto Rico, New Orleans, Denver, Myrtle Beach, San Antonio, Houston, Austin, Key West and Tampa Bay.   Additionally, he has been a speaker related to E-Commerce issues at a CWA and CBDA conferences in Chicago.  Eric has also participated in speaking at numerous Engineering & Construction Human Resources Summits in Puerto Rico, Houston, Princeton, Denver, Nashville and Cleveland.
